Last Friday Dinners – The Last Friday of every month, we host a 4 course Set Menu dinner with a theme. Below are the upcoming themes confirmed for this year. Please use below to book, menus will be released approximately one month prior. 

November: Provencal; 28th November

Pissaladiere
A traditional French thin tart topped with anchovies and Niçoise olives

Bourride of Halibut
A variation of the popular Provencal fish stew with Halibut, thickened with aioli 

Daube de Boeuf
Slow Braised Beef in a red wine stew, seasoned with black olives, orange and rosemary. Served with Ratatouille and Pommes Puree

Tarte a l’Orange
A classic Orange Tart

December:

South African Wine Tasting Dinner
6.30pm start, £70 per person

Working in collaboration with South African Wine Producer DGB, and Lucy from our sister restaurant Meltons

Welcome drink of Franschhoeck Cellar Cap Classique Brut NV

Starter: Duo of Sea Trout, accompanied with Franschhoek Cellar Chenin Blanc & Fryers Cove Chenin Blanc.

Main: Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder, accompanied with Franschhoek Cellar Pinotage & Belingham Bernard series Pinotage and Franschhoek Cellars Last Elephant.

Dessert: Crème Brulee, accompanied with Boschendal Vin D’or “sticky”

Feast of the Seven Fishes – Every year in December, we host a 4 course dinner around Christmas time based on the Italian-American tradition. The meal traditionally takes place on Christmas Eve & features seven different fish & seafood.

Fizz Friday – Every single Friday, we offer HALF PRICE bottles of French Sparkling wine in our bar & restaurant.
